Beef Wontons

These crispy wontons are so delicious and so satisfying, I bet you cant just have one? They are a breeze to put together and fry up in literally seconds!

Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef

1 small white onion

1/2 bunch cilantro

Salt & pepper to taste

wonton wraps

oil for frying

Tomato dipping Sauce:

3 plum tomatoes

1 garlic clove

1/4 white onion

1 jalapeno (seeds removed)

Boil in a bit of water about 10-15 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Remove all liquid and blend together with 1 teaspoon salt.


Directions:

To prepare the wontons simply fry together the beef and onion in a bit of oil until crispy and golden brown. Add the salt and pepper while frying and lastly add in the chopped cilantro.

Place it to the side and to assemble the wontons simply take a sheet of the dough, place a spoonful inside and with a bit of water seal the edges close.

Place the wonton in the hot oil and fry 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the tomato sauce. Enjoy
