Hey everyone! Today I bring to you one of the most legendary recipes of all time, my grandmother's cheese bread! This is so easy to make and tastes better than any pizza or calzone with a million different toppings on it. It only has a very few ingredients and while this is baking in the oven, the house will smell heavenly of fresh bread and melted cheese!

Ingredients:


1 pound pizza dough at room temperature

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup feta cheese crumbled

1-2 tablespoons butter for brushing

Flour for dusting


First things first, preheat your oven to it's highest setting before starting. 475-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure that your pizza dough is at room temperature, This is Very important! Stretch the dough out and fill with both cheese. Fold over the dough and pinch the edges to seal. poke a hole on top to allow steam to escape. Brush with butter and place in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes until the bottom is golden brown!
