Greek Deviled Eggs

Today's recipe is for these Greek deviled eggs. What makes this Greek is that they are made with Greek yogurt instead off the typical mayonnaise. These deviled eggs also have feta cheese in them and fresh dill which makes them taste so fresh and delicious!

Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs chilled

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp. Yellow Mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 tsp chopped fresh dill

2 oz crumbled Feta cheese


Slice eggs lengthwise and place all the yolks in a small bowl. Place the egg whites in a platter. Crumble the yolks in the bowl until all the big chunks are broken down.

Add all the ingredients to the the egg yolks and mix together well. Adjust to taste.

Place The mixture back into the egg whites with either a pastry bag or a small ice cream scoop. Garnish with dill and paprika if desired. Enjoy!
