Ingredients:

Olive oil

Fajita Seasoning

1 Lb Flank steak

3 Bell Peppers

1 Red Onion

Bow Tie Pasta

Cucumber

Cherry Tomatoes

Jalepenos

Olives

Dressing:

1/2 cup Olive oil

1/2 bunch Cilantro

4 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp. Honey

1 Garlic

1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions: Start off by chopping into big chunks the peppers and onion. Add them to a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle them with the fajita seasoning. Next start grilling all of the peppers and onions in either a skillet or on the BBQ. While they're grilling about 1-2 minutes per side, season your meat and drizzle it with a bit more olive oil. Remove the veggies from the grill and place the steak on the same skillet. Boil water and cook the pasta according to the tile on the package. Once the veggies are ready, remove them from the skillet and cook the meat about 7-8 minutes per side. Make the dressing in a separate bowl by combining all the ingredients and whisking until combined.

Once the steak is ready, slice it into thin pieces and add it to a large mixing bowl with the drained pasta, cut up veggies and zesty dressing. Mix to combine and Enjoy!
