Fruity Cereal Bread

Today's recipe is for this super moist and delicious Fruity Pebbles Bread. This bread has the most uniquely fruity vanilla taste, everyone that I serve this too always gets so surprised! The great part about this bread is that you're able to adjust the ingredients to make this a bit healthier by adding apple sauce instead on yogurt and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. This also makes a great grab and go breakfast if you really want to treat yourself!

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup oil

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 cups fruity pebbles cereal


Mix all of the wet ingredients together then add the remaining dry ingredients. Place mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
