Greek Salad

Hey everyone! Today I have for you an Authentic, Fresh and delicious Greek Salad! This is such an amazing recipe because it's so satisfying when your eating it. Be sure to serve it with a piece of artisan Bread to enjoy dipping it in all of the salads juices!

Ingredients:

5 Vine ripe tomatoes

1/2 Large Red onion

1 Large cucumber

1/2 green Bell Pepper

1/4 cup Kalamata Olives

1/4 cup pepperonis

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 pound Crumbled Feta Cheese

Start the Greek salad by cutting the tomatoes into bite size pieces. Peel and cut the cucumber into chunks and add them to a big bowl with the tomatoes. Slice the onions thinly as well as the bell peppers and add them to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy with some warm pita bread
