Double Dark Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookies
Hey everyone!! For today I wanted to share with you all this recipe for one of my famous cookies. These are only for the true chocoholics out there because they are very deep and intense in chocolate taste! These double dark chocolate chunk shortbread cookies are almost like a rich brownie and tender shortbread cookie all in one. They are pure heavenly in taste and texture.

2 sticks butter at room temp.
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1+1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Cream together butter with sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Chill dough at least 10 minutes.
Bake chilled cookie dough for 12-15 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees F. oven
