Tomato Tart
Today I wanted to show you how I make one of my most out of this world appetizer recipes, this is an incredibly delicious Tomato tart! It has all the uniqueness of a crispy buttery puff pastry and is topped with juicy fresh tomatoes. Not only is this tomato pastry bursting with bright flavors from the cheesy pesto, it also only takes 5 minutes to prepare! So Let's get started and I'll show you how!

Ingredients:
1 sheet defrosted frozen puff pastry
1/3 cup pesto
1/2 cup cheese of choice
3-4 Heirloom tomatoes
Olive oil to drizzle
Everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Lay slightly defrosted puff pastry sheet onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Spread with pesto sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Top with sliced tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with everything bagel reasoning and serve.
